Joined through the Tauros acquisition. Ran middle- and back-office teams — documented and restructured operational processes, improving SLAs and adding security and audit controls. Then led the wealth-management product for investors with MX$1M+ in assets, until April 2025.

Tauros — Founder (Acquired by GBM in May 2022)

Crypto exchange with MXN rails. Launched Mexico's first crypto Visa card in 2020 (with Visa and CACAO), first LatAm exchange on Bitcoin Lightning, over MX$1 billion in cumulative user deposits.
